About the event
Being a caregiver can be both rewarding and overwhelming. Caregiver Circle is a safe and supportive virtual space for women who are currently caring for loved ones.
This bi-weekly support group, facilitated by a licensed mental health professional, held on Mondays via Zoom, offers connection, encouragement, and practical tools to help caregivers navigate the challenges they face.
Whether you’re caring for a parent, spouse, child, or other loved one, you don’t have to do it alone—join a community that understands.
Who Can Attend:
This program is open to women of all backgrounds and ages.
